Safety and Guidelines
InstaCamsLive is built around one idea: connecting with someone new should feel instant, not risky. Here’s exactly how safety works on the platform, and what’s expected of you.
What’s not allowed
- Being under 18. This service is strictly 18 and older.
- Nudity, sexual content, or sexually soliciting other users.
- Harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse of any kind.
- Recording, screenshotting, or distributing another user’s video without consent.
- Impersonation, scams, or soliciting money or personal information from other users.
- Any illegal activity conducted through or facilitated by a live session.
Common questions
Is my video recorded or stored?
No. Live sessions are not recorded or stored by InstaCamsLive. When a session ends, it’s gone. There’s no history tied to you.
What happens when I report someone?
Reporting immediately disconnects you from that match and flags the session for review. Repeated or serious violations result in the reported user losing access.
How is the platform moderated?
Sessions are actively screened for policy violations, and user reports are reviewed to catch and remove bad actors quickly rather than after the fact.
Can I get banned?
Yes. Violating the Community Guidelines above, including the age requirement, can result in permanent loss of access to the service.
What should I do if something feels wrong?
Skip or report immediately. You’re never obligated to stay in a session. For anything urgent or illegal, contact us directly through the Contact page.
A few tips
- Never share financial information, passwords, or personal identifying details with someone you just matched with.
- If a session feels off, skip. You don’t owe anyone an explanation.
- Trust your instincts. Report first, ask questions later.
